RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Sales items are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in perfect condition, including all original accessories and dust-bags.
Any claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please ship your item within 7 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns after this period. Return shipping costs are not refunded.

Exchanges – At this moment exchanges are not possible.
Shipping – Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
